For Best Results:
• PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY!
• Call as soon as possible but before the deadline. It’s easier to cancel a reservation than to get one at the last minute!
• Please note, once the rooms in our block sell out, it’s unlikely there will be other rooms left in the hotel.
• Specify the group code “A5126” and the group name “2026 Area 51 General Service Fall Assembly.”
• If possible, call the Hilton Raleigh North Hills directly at 919-872-2323 during business hours Monday through Friday. This gives you the best chance to speak with a reservations clerk at the hotel. At other times – when the hotel clerks are busy — calls to this number may be transferred to a regional reservations center.
• Be sure to get a confirmation number.
• If you have ANY trouble with Room Rate or Availability, please contact Lindsey H., the Area Chairperson, at chair@aanorthcarolina.org.
Thank you for your service and support of Area 51.
See you at the 2026 Fall Committee and Assembly!
