SUMMARY:Area 51 Fall Committee & Assembly Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Area 51 Fall Committee & Assembly Meeting\nNovember 6-8, 2026\nTHE HILTON RALEIGH NORTH HILLS\n3415 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC 27609\nADVANCE HOTEL INFORMATION\nDeadline for Reservations: October 07, 2026\nGroup Code: A5126\nGroup Name: 2026 Area 51 General Service Fall Assembly\nRoom Rates: $179.00 Single/Double\nPhone: 919-872-2323 or 800-445-8667 [1-800-HILTONS]\nDirect reservations: https://tinyurl.com/49wcmxpm ( https://tinyurl.com/49wcmxpm )\nHotel information: www.northraleigh.hilton.com ( http://www.northraleigh.hilton.com )\nFor Best Results:\n• PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY!\n• Call as soon as possible but before the deadline. It’s easier to cancel a reservation than to get one at the last minute!\n• Please note, once the rooms in our block sell out, it’s unlikely there will be other rooms left in the hotel.\n• Specify the group code “A5126” and the group name “2026 Area 51 General Service Fall Assembly.”\n• If possible, call the Hilton Raleigh North Hills directly at 919-872-2323 during business hours Monday through Friday. This gives you the best chance to speak with a reservations clerk at the hotel. At other times – when the hotel clerks are busy — calls to this number may be transferred to a regional reservations center.\n• Be sure to get a confirmation number.\n• If you have ANY trouble with Room Rate or Availability, please contact Lindsey H., the Area Chairperson, at chair@aanorthcarolina.org.\nThank you for your service and support of Area 51.\nSee you at the 2026 Fall Committee and Assembly!\n
